Who we are
Originality and innovation, since 2013
RANCON Developments Ltd. was established in 2013 and is a concern of RANCON Holdings Ltd. Driven by the honest notion of perfection and attention to detail, RANCON Developments Ltd. offers a delicate blend of originality and innovation. Our resolve has, over the years, been fortified by our unique composition of young and seasoned architects and designers who together champion pioneering concepts and represent the finest that Bangladesh has to offer.
We at RANCON Developments Ltd. strive to challenge the status quo and make that one obsessive additional step in ensuring that the details are set right and that each of our clients are presented with a functioning art form, tailored to their individualistic needs and requirements. We pride ourselves on our capacity to express ourselves across the table in an earnest attempt to understand the requirements of a given project, peerless knowledge of the trade, and reputation for upright and even-handed conduct.
RANCON Developments Ltd. is a proponent of long-term clientele patronage, and as such, works closely with each of its clients beginning from conceptualization through to completion. Our dedication for our work translates into swift flexibility, allowing for us to adapt and adopt the manifold demands that a profession as such might yield. Should you opt to commission us, be assured that we leave no stone unturned in the undying pursuit of perfection.
Our philosophy
A home amasses a lifetime of experiences — we create spaces that remain impervious to time and age gracefully with their inhabitants.
We attempt to draw inspiration from the past and amalgamate it with the present to create a future classic, equipped with the capacity to age gracefully with its inhabitant.
Our locations
Addresses with greater meaning
Our projects not only deal in spaces but seek to inject a greater meaning into the concept of living. RDL locations are always in-line with the various external amenities that a client might wish to avail, whether that be a short stroll to the supermarket, a hearty visit to premium restaurants nearby, or a soothing day by the lake at a lush-green park. Our sole objective is to establish a mutual point that is accessible to the most that a society has to offer.
A home to fall in love with
RDL spaces curate lifestyles — a through-and-through bespoke affair, tailored around every client.
Not only are our valued clients offered a luxurious space to indulge in but exhaustive efforts are made to tailor the project around the client. Every feature is meant to reflect your exclusive lifestyle.
