RANCON envisioned what the future might hold with an 8,050 SqFt flagship residence in Gulshan-II, one of Dhaka's most elite localities. Artisti, accordingly, was designed to extend a calibre of luxurious lifestyle afforded only beyond national borders.

A landmark Gulshan residence designed by Kashef Mahboob Chowdhury — villa-scale homes of 8,500 sq ft, raised into the sky. Artisti Residences was conceived as one of the most considered luxury addresses in Bangladesh. Thirty-six structural columns allow long clear spans and open interiors, including a villa-style duplex with up to eight dedicated parking spaces. Weathertex timber cladding, heat-protective glazing, solar panels and a reflection pool at the base give the building its material character, and the structure is engineered to Japanese earthquake-resistance standards. Rather than stacking apartments, the architecture treats each home as a house with its own generosity of space, light and outlook. Interiors by Interform Studio continue the restraint of the exterior: natural wood, deep shade, and long uninterrupted views across Gulshan.

The Rancon Artisti Residences stands as a masterclass in luxury eco-minimalism, beautifully marrying massive spatial scale with meticulous environmental sensitivity. Designed by Kashef Mahboob Chowdhury, the monolithic structure utilizes clean lines, natural light, and climate-responsive elements like heat-protective glass and water-cooling reflection pools to soften its heavy urban footprint.
