A luxury single-unit residence — eight homes on a five-katha plot, arranged around stillness, daylight and a landscaped roof. Aveline holds one apartment per floor, each approximately 2,000 sq ft, with eight dedicated car parking spaces and no basement. A double-height entrance opens to a grand reception and lounge, while the roof carries a gym and a planted garden with open sky above. Architect Gazi Md. Fazle Rahim orients the building north-south so every home receives even, glare-free light. Fine vertical fins give the facade rhythm and privacy from the street, and the shared spaces are kept few but memorable — an entrance worth arriving through, a roof worth staying on.
